Dora Kelley Patton, 78, died Feb. 3, 2016, at Dillon Living Center, Hutchinson. She was born Sept. 24, 1937, in Las Animas, Colo., to Edgar and Violet (Snailer) Wilson.
On July 6, 1981, she married Clyde Patton in Scott City. He died Sept. 8, 2008. Dora loved life, flowers, and her animals, especially her dogs. She was a member of Full Gospel Church. Survivors include: son, Martin Kelley of Columbus, Neb.; daughters, Leta Williams of Columbus, Neb., Julia Grovijohn of Omaha, Neb., and Mary Waldren and husband James of Leoti; sisters, Betty Bates of Carrollton, Texas, Clara Trout of Colorado; and 11 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her husband; daughter, Linda Reimer, who died in Dec. of 2009, in Lakin; and brothers, Dean and Gaylen Wilson.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 8, 2016, at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with Pastor Betty Pinkston and Chaplain Luanne Haddaway officiating. Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. (MT) and 2 p.m. (CT) Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2016, in Greeley County Cemetery, Tribune, with Pastor Betty Pinkston officiating. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at Elliott Mortuary. Family will be present to greet friends from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at Elliott Chapel.
