Dora A. Schierling, 95, died Jan. 2, 2012, at Pleasant View Home, Inman. She was born May 25, 1916, in Inman, to Jacob and Sarah Androes Fehdrau. Dora was a member of Inman Mennonite Church.

On Oct. 12, 1949, she married Herman Schierling in Hutchinson. He died May 5, 2000. Survivors include: sister, Agnes Ediger and husband Harvey of Hutchinson; sister-in-law, Hilda Voth of Wichita; brothers-in-law, Howard Schierling and wife Hilda of Inman, Kenneth Schierling and wife Wanda of Surprise, Ariz.; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Dora was preceded in death by six sisters, Eva Regehr, Helen Regehr, Mary Neufeld, Sarah Pauls, Ester Regehr, and Hilda Ediger.

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 9, 2012, at Inman Mennonite Church, 304 S. Pine, Inman, with Pastor Eric Buller officiating. Burial will be in North Inman Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday with family to receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
