Dorothy L. Smoley Trebilcock, 81, died August 30, 2007, at Hutchinson Hospital.

She was born July 16, 1926, Spring Hill, the daughter of Lee and Laura Bell Turner Mayes. She was a longtime Hutchinson resident. She was a homemaker and retired employee of the former Hutchinson National Bank and Central Bank and Trust Company.

She was a member of First Baptist Church.

On Dec. 24,1943 she married James Smoley, in Wann, Okla., He died Oct. 31, 1982. She then married William S. "Sid" Trebilcock on March 9,1988, Hutchinson. He survives.

Other survivors include: a son Jim Smoley and wife, Janis, Hutchinson; two daughters, Debbie Myers and husband, Randy, and Pat Adams, and husband, Vern both of Hutchinson; two stepsons, Greg Trebilcock and wife, Marcia, Wichita, David Trebilcock, and wife, Iona, Des Moines, Iowa; five grandchilddren; five great grandchildren; and a great -great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Roy, Orville and Lester Mayes; and two sisters, Viola Duval and Bernadine Guge.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson, with Pastor Gerald Salmans presiding. Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery.
