Dorothy Mae Waddle, 79, died March 3, 2006, at Mennonite Manor, South Hutchinson.

She was born Oct. 7, 1926, in Abbyville, the daughter of John and Lizzie Matt-hew Herriman. She was a homemaker.

She attended Countryside Baptist Church.

She married Howard Campbell. She then married Ken Waddle.

Survivors include: a son, Robert Lee Campbell, Plevna; a daughter, Linda Cooper and her husband, Bob, Osage City; a sister-in-law, Gertrude Herriman, Hutchinson; three grandchildren, Tamra Langford and her husband, Don, Aaron Campbell and his wife, Staci, and Cory Cooper and his wife, Naomi; and five great-grandchildren, Lindsey Dondlinger and her husband, Luke, Zach and Dalton Langford, and Reece and Mekenzie Campbell.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Howard; her second husband, Ken; a son, John Edward Campbell; a daughter, Bonnie Kaye Campbell; two brothers, Glen and Dorris Herriman; and two sisters, Inez Higgens and Gladys Fesler.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, with Pastor Keith A. Dellenbach presiding. Friends may sign the register from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery.
