Doyle Eugene Symonds' Obituary
Doyle Eugene Symonds, 54, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013. He was born Dec. 16, 1958, in Hutchinson, the son of Jimmie and Jackie Symonds.
He was a lifetime Hutchinson resident, graduating from Hutchinson High School. Doyle was a self-employed painter. He is survived by: his children, Shannon, Tyler and Jimmie; his parents; a sister, Dorthea and her husband Eddie Wooten; a brother, Dale; and two grandchildren, Railyn Symonds and Echo Kinast, all of Hutchinson.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hutchinson, with Bob Shelton officiating. Friends may sign his register from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Memorial gifts may be made to Cancer Council of Reno County, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
