Duane C. Kelman, 86, died Saturday, November 7, 2020, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. He was born March 19, 1934, in Arlington, to Harry and Dorothy (Cole) Kelman.

Duane was a 1952 graduate of Arlington High School and a member of the United Methodist Church, Arlington. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and a dairy farmer.

Duane married Patricia 'Patty' Ruth Sickmon on May 31, 1954, in Arlington.  They shared over 64 years of marriage before her death on July 27, 2018.

Duane is survived by: children, Dena and husband Mike Sherow of Langdon, Steve of Hutchinson, and Jeff of Wichita; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, and sisters, Donna Peterson and Imogene Hull.

Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, November 12, 2020, at Lerado Cemetery, with Pastor Schar Cross presiding. Military Honors will be conducted by the Fort Riley Honor Guard.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
