Elenor Jean Loepp, 79, died May 3, 2009, at Hospice House, Hutchinson.

She was born June 11, 1929, in Wichita, to Jess and Alameda Gann Goss. A resident of Hutchinson for 49 years, she was a cashier at Gibson's for 17 years.

On March 12, 1960, she married Reuben Loepp in Wichita. He survives.

Other survivors include: son, Richard Ries and wife Linda, Cheney; three grandchildren, Shelly Ries, Ventura, Calif., Joshua Ries, Park City, and Crystal Ries, Cheney; two great-grandchildren, Isaiah and Jayden Ries, Ventura, Calif.; two brothers, William Goss, Wauchula, Fla., and Patrick Goss, Weatherford, Texas; and two sisters, Jo Wells, Sedan, and Faye Rudicel, Park City. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial service will be 10 a.m. Thursday, May 7, 2009, at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with Chaplain Bob Phipps officiating. Cremation has taken place. Friends may sign the book 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
