Elizabeth Rose Hoffman died July 11, 2011 in Wichita. She was born April 3, 2011 in Wichita to Kristena Constuble and John Hoffman.
Survivors include her parents; brother Jaxson, Parsons; grandparents, Donald and Mary Hoffman, South Hutchinson, and Daniel and Venus Constuble, Parsons and great grandparents, Leslie and Marie Gentry, Ardmore, OK.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Friends may sign the book from 9-9 Thursday at Elliott Mortuary. Memorials may be made to the Elizabeth Hoffman Memorial Fund in care of the mortuary.
