Elva Louise Dodds, 59, died September 1, 2021, at her home. She was born May 6, 1962, in Hutchinson, to Frances (Badders) Evans and Edward Boyer.

Elva worked in food service at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was a Mickey Mouse fanatic who also enjoyed playing the lottery and watching old sitcoms. But above all, Elva loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by: her children, April Delgado (David Jones), Melissa Sadle (Lou), Ryan Jones; grandchildren, Arianna Jones, Alexis Jones, Ayden Jones, Elijah Sadle; mother, Frances Evans; father, Edward Boyer (Frances); sisters, Teresa Robinson and Rene Boyer, all of Hutchinson; and multiple nieces and nephews.

Elva was preceded in death by a son, Joshua Cortez, and a sister, Ruth Boyer.

Friends may call from 1-5 p.m. Saturday, September 4, 2021, and 12-5 p.m. Sunday, September 5, 2021, with the family present to receive friends from 1-3 p.m. Sunday at Elliott Mortuary.
