Erika Ingeburg Dennis' Obituary
Erika Ingeburg Dennis, 85, died July 25, 2016, at her home in Hutchinson. On April 19, 1931, she was born in Reichenbach, Germany, to Rowland Edwin and Ida (Wagner) Erler.
She was a Surgical Technician and Nurse Aid and a cook for Mennonite Manor.
On April 19, 1958, she married Orville Duane Dennis in Berlin, Germany. He survives.
Other survivors include: children, Frank Dennis and wife Donna of Newberg, Ore., Rosemary Willems and husband Dale of Hutchinson; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will be at Emanuel Lutheran Church, with Pastor Tim Carey presiding. Inurnment will be in the Emanuel Lutheran Columbarium. Friends may sign the memorial book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Memorial contributions may be made to Emanuel Lutheran Church, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
