Ethel M. Coleman's Obituary
Ethel M. Coleman, 97, died Aug. 13, 2014, at the Tonganoxie Nursing Center, Tonganoxie, Kan. She was born on Dec. 27, 1916, in Ness City, Kan., to John H. and Bertha M. (Rade) Clifford.
She married Floyd J. Coleman on April 19, 1935, in Hutchinson, Kan. He died Dec. 22, 2002. Survivors include: a daughter, Barbara Luginbill of Kansas City, Kan.; seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Delores Atkinson; son, Eldon Coleman; son-in-law, Cecil Luginbill; two sisters and a brother.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 18, 2014, at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with Jimie-Wray Mead presiding. Burial will follow in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hutchinson. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at Elliott Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to a charity of your choice, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
