Ethyl Talbott, 94, died May 3, 2006, at her home in Hutchinson.
She was born Aug. 4, 1911, in Fellsburg, the daughter of John H. and Lettie Smith Jamison. She was a 1929 graduate of Kinsley High School. A longtime resident of Hutchinson, she was a homemaker.
She had been active in the former E.U.B. Church.
On Jan. 11, 1930, she married Wilbut Talbott in Ness City. He died May 6, 1995.
Survivors include: a daughter, Carmen Friesen, Hutchinson; three brothers, Plemma Jamison, New Cambria, Charlese Jamison, Jim Thorpe, PA, and Ross Leon Jamison, Cushing Okla.; three grandchildren, DeWayne Friesen, Houston, Texas, Dale Friesen, St. Louis, MO and Dennis Friesen, Hutchinson; six great grandchildren and five great, great grandchildren.
She was prededed in death by a brother, George Jamison; and a sister, Irene Kirkbride.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson with Pastor Jim Autrey presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
