Evelyn R. Rank, 86, died Sunday, March 30, 2014, at Mennonite Manor, South Hutchinson. She was born Dec. 25, 1927, the daughter of Earl and Ruby Snell Conley.

She was a graduate of Raymond High School, a member of CrossPoint, Westbrook Campus and had been a nurse aide at Hutchinson Hospital. On July 17, 1946, she married Carl B. Rank Jr. at Raymond. He died April 17, 2011. She is survived by: her children, Diana Base of South Hutchinson, Gary of Excelsior Springs, Mo., Patty Charlson of Tuskahoma, Okla., and Ricky of Salina; a brother, David Conley of Columbus, Mont.; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Earline Hendricks and Linda Washmon; and brother, Willis Conley.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at CrossPoint, Westbrook Campus with Pastor Matthew Hendricks presiding. Burial will be in Abbyville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Harden Hospice, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
