Everett E. Hoschouer, 83, died Aug. 18, 2015, at Sterling Presbyterian Manor, Sterling. He was born March 25, 1932, in Holyoke, Colo., to Albert S. and Mabel D. (Owens) Hoschouer.
Everett served in the United States Army. He attended Christ's Bible Church in Nickerson. Everett retired from L.D. Goss Construction after 23 years. On July 23, 1955, he married Joyce Maxine Benedict in Hastings, Neb. Everett is survived by: his wife of 60 years, Joyce; sons, Steve Hoschouer and wife Trudie of Belton, Mo., Stanley Hoschouer and wife Kayelene of Nickerson; daughter, Shawna Desae of Hutchinson; niece, Joan Hoschouer of Pueblo, Colo.; cousins, Jamie Hoschouer of Oregon, Honey Bess Shamp of Smith Center; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Helen Swank.
Graveside service will be at 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 21, 2015, at Wildmead Cemetery, Nickerson, with Pastor David R. Landis officiating.
