Fermin Montiel Ortiz, 63, died Aug. 27, 2010, Wichita.
He was born July 7, 1947, in Mexico, to Javier and Alicia Ortiz Montiel.
He was a laborer. He married Maria Veronica Reyes March 20, 1998, Mexico.
She survives along with a son, Angel Daniel Montiel; and a stepdaughter, Alma Delia Reyes Sandoval, all of Hutchinson. Cremation will take place. No services are planned. Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
