Florence M. Dougherty's Obituary
Florence Marie Dougherty, 81, died Jan. 16, 2006, at Pleasant View Home, Inman.
She was born Dec. 13, 1924, in Philadelphia, Pa., the daughter of James E. and Elizabeth M. Rolling Doug-herty. A longtime resident of Philadelphia, moving to Hutchinson in 1994, she worked at Bellvue Stratford Hotel and later the Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital, both in Philadelphia.
She belonged to St. Teresa's Catholic Church.
Survivors include: a sister, Elizabeth "Dollie" Warner and husband, Lloyd, Hutchinson; nephew, Steve Warner and wife, Becky, Hutchinson; niece, Susan Loper and husband, Robert, Hutchinson; niece, Yvonne Trentacostic and husband, Jon, Green Brook, N.J.; and several other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, James and Thomas; and a sister, Katherine Dougherty.
Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Teresa's Catholic Church, Hutchinson, with Father Stuart Smeltzer presiding. Friends may sign the book at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Burial will be in St. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, Pa.
