George Titus, 76, passed away Aug. 27, 2015, at his home in Hutchinson.

George is survived by: his wife, Charlene; daughter, Robin (Dave) Powell of Ponca City, Okla.; sister, Carol Titus (Jerald Hutchins) of Klamath Falls, Ore.; brothers, Richard "Dick" Titus, Douglas (Vaudine) Titus, all of Hugoton, Michael (Judi) Titus of Upland, Calif., David (Bonnie) Titus of Black Rock, Ark.; mother-in-law, Althea Hamlin of Liberal.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015, at First Christian Church, 600 S. Van Buren St., Hugoton, with Pastor Heath Kelley officiating. Burial will follow in Hugoton Cemetery. Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. Sunday, with family to receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Memorials may be made to First Christian Church of Hugoton, Gentiva Hospice or M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
