SYLVIA - Gerald Ennis "Jerry" Lake, 64, died July 24, 2008.
He was born March 13, 1944, to Pearl Leon and Mary Lucinda Boone Lake. A Vietnam Veteran, he served in the U.S. Army, Army Reserves and the National Guard.
Survivors include: daughters, Shelly Green, Wichita, Mary Lou Lake, Windsor, S.D.; brother, Thomas Frances Lake, Anchorage, Alaska; sisters, Ruth Ann and Richard Hopkins, Sylvia, Mary Ellen Riffle, New Cumberland, W.Va.; one grandchild, Sierra Green; and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Winfield Veterans Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
Memorials to: Jerry Lake Memorial Fund, in care of the mortuary.
