Gladys M. Livingston, 88, died July 2, 2014, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was born October 29, 1925, in Tucumcari, NM, to Enoch and Mortie (Race) Powell.

She married Arthur C. "Buck" Livingston on May 29, 1943, in Tucumcari, NM. He died January 26, 1979. Gladys was a resident of Geneseo, KS, for 35 years and was a secretary in the Geneseo School District, retiring in 1980. After moving to Hutchinson, she was a member at Trinity United Methodist Church and a resident at Wesley Towers.

Survivors include: sons, Mike Livingston and wife Peggy, Hutchinson, and Pat Livingston and wife Cindy, Pratt; daughter-in-law, Barbara Livingston, Cottonwood Falls; and a grandson, Daniel Livingston, Pratt.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sons, Craig and Ted Livingston, a brother, and two sisters.

Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with the Reverend Jim Rhaesa presiding. A private family burial will be in the Geneseo Cemetery. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
