Glen Michael 'Mike' West, 63, died Jan. 17, 2018, at his home in Hutchinson. He was born July 20, 1954, in Ellinwood, the son of Craymon and Jennie (Raner) West.

He graduated from Nuremberg-American High School, Nuremberg, Germany, in 1974. Mike served in the U.S. Army and retired in 2014 from UPS, as Operations Supervisor, working there 37 years.

Mike married Phyllis Wilkin in 1975, they were married for 7 years. He then married Robin Westfall on March 1, 1986, in Hutchinson. They were married for 26 years. He is survived by: son, Logan West and wife Amanda of Hutchinson; daughters, Michelle Shultz and husband Jim of Hutchinson, Jenny Frazier and husband Chris of Bonner Springs; brothers, Lloyd and Nolan of Hutchinson, Jim of Winfield; sister, Lora Pisar of Hutchinson; grandchildren, Alyssa, Myranda, Peighton, Lauren, Grayson, Kylee, Zade and Layla; great- grandchildren, Angel, Gabriel, Zayden and Sofia; and the Miller family, Matt, Lori, Haley and Macy. He was preceded in death by: his parents; brothers, John and Ronnie; sisters, Sandra and Glenda; and a granddaughter, Bristol Grace Frazier.

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 22, 2018, at Elliott Chapel with Pastor Mark Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Fairlawn Burial Park with military honors conducted by Ft. Riley Honor Guard. Friends may sign the book on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday from 1-8 p.m. and the family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 6-8 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary.
