NICKERSON – Glen R. Roach, 77, died July 29, 2015, at his home in Nickerson. He was born Oct. 19, 1937, in Sterling, to Roscoe and Mina (Snalnaker) Roach.

A Nickerson-Sterling resident for most of his life, Glen graduated from Sterling High School in 1956, and was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the United States Army for over 20 years, retiring as a Sergeant First Class in 1976.

Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, 2015, at Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson, with Reverend Jeff Mildren officiating. Military honors will be conducted by Fort Riley Honor Guard. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
