HESSTON - Glenda Elaine West, 54, died July 9, 2006, at her home, Hesston.
She was born June 1, 1952, in Hutchinson, the daughter of Craymon H. and Jennie M. Raner West.
She belonged to Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Newton, and was a member of Red Hat Club.
Survivors include: her mother, Jennie West, Hutchinson; a daughter, Melissa Dawn West, Newton; four brothers, Jim West (Susan), Winfield, Mike West (Robin), Lloyd (Alberta), Nolan (Rosie), all of Hutchinson; a sister, Lora Pizar (Dane), Hutchinson; and a grandson, David, Newton.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, Jimmie; her father; two brothers, John and Ronnie West; and a sister, Sandra Reeder.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, Hutchinson. Private inurnment will be at Fairlawn Burial Park, with Pastor Robert L. Albin presiding. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson, with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
Memorials may be sent to Hospice of Reno County, in care of the mortuary, Hutchinson.
