Gloria Ann (Graber) Gehring, 89, of South Hutchinson, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Hospice House, Hutchinson. She was born July 4, 1937, to Bernard J. Graber and Martha H. (Krehbiel) Graber, in rural Pretty Prairie, the oldest of four children.
Gloria was a loyal servant to the Lord, and longtime member of First Mennonite Church, Hutchinson.
After graduating Pretty Prairie High School, Gloria moved to Buhler and worked at the café. Later, she volunteered for over 30+ years at The Etc. Shop.
On September 23, 1956, she married Harvey “Harv” B. Gehring at Eden Mennonite Church, rural Moundridge. They shared 58 years of marriage before he passed away on October 3, 2014.
Gloria is survived by: sons, Russell Gehring and Rex Gehring (Chloe), all of Hutchinson; daughter, Cynthia Gehring of South Hutchinson; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild (due in October); brother, Winfred “Fred” Graber and wife Patricia “Pat” of Olathe; sisters-in-law, Susann Graber of Boerne, TX and Twilla Stucky of Moundridge; brother-in-law, Marvin Gehring of Whitewater and Wayne Gehring (Norma) of Halstead.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Kurt Graber and Leeander (Lee) Graber.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, August 10, 2026, at First Mennonite Church, 52 Rambler Road, Hutchinson, with Pastor Tonya Ramer Wenger officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to First Mennonite Church or Hospice House, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
