Grace N. Kincaid, 97, died July 5, 2011, at Hester Care Center, Wesley Towers, Hutchinson. She was born Nov. 22, 1913, in Nickerson, to John and Frances Stuart Nininger. A lifetime Reno county resident, she was a graduate of Hutchinson High School. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church.
On May 15, 1937, she married Melvin F. Kincaid in Hutchinson. He died March 9, 2001. Survivors include: a son, Delmar L. Kincaid and wife Barbara, Hutchinson; two granddaughters, Kim Scott, and Lisa Hall and husband Mark, all of Hutchinson; four great-grandchildren, Grace and Reed Scott, and Katelyn and Brynn Hall. She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2011, in Valley Township Cemetery, rural Haven, with Rev. Richard Brooks officiating. Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Faith United Methodist Church or the Good Samaritan Fund at Wesley Towers, sent in care of Elliott Mortuary.
