Grace L. Reichert, 89, died Jan. 9, 2016, at Good Samaritan Village, Hutchinson. She was born Jan. 25, 1926, in Partridge, to Freeman and Bertha (Ozbun) Hall.
Grace graduated from Hutchinson High School and Kansas Wesleyan University. She taught at Kansas Wesleyan as well as substitute teaching in the Salina Senior & Junior High Schools.
On Nov. 27, 1949, she married Wayne A. Mohr in Hutchinson. He died March 21, 1972. On March 23, 1992, she married Robert M. Reichert in Kalispell, Mont. He died May 30, 2007. Survivors include: daughters, Marcia Mohr (Jerry Morton) of Bennington, Susan Hanson (Michael) of Portland, Ore.; grandchildren, Amy and Chris Bunting of Salina, Heather Ragan, Stephanie, Rachel, and Eric Hanson, all of Portland, Ore.; great-grandchildren, Kylie, Dustin, and Makayla Bunting, and Tyshawn Johns, all of Salina; sister, Helen Culver of Hutchinson; brother, Fred Hall of Modesto, Calif. She was preceded in death by: her parents; brothers, Henry, Harold, Arthur; and a sister, Marge Bateman.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2016, at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with the Reverend Dr. Dixie Voss Anders officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.
