Gregory "Greg" James Teague, 65, of Hutchinson, died December 30, 2024, at his home. He was born February 3, 1959, in Wichita, to Burns Melvin Teague and Leona Omega (Hamilton) Teague.

Greg lived the majority of his life in Hutchinson, attended Hutchinson High School, and later became a master welder and auto body repairman by trade, working successfully in that industry for many years.

On April 7, 1984, he married his best friend and loving partner, Janet K. Young, in Hutchinson. They shared over 40 years of marriage.

Greg is survived by: his wife, Janet Young Teague of Hutchinson; daughter, Amy Bailey of Hutchinson; son, Dustin Teague of Great Bend; grandchildren, Wyett Montoya, Abel Bailey, Roselynn Bailey; sisters, Rhonda Sample of Hutchinson, Alice Schmidt of Wichita, Kelly Millett of Altamonte Springs, FL; stepchildren, Kellie Bookless of McPherson, Daryl Koestel (MaryAnn) of Hutchinson; and many extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Delilah Dea Davis and Annette Joletta Hubbs.

Cremation has taken place.

Celebration of Life will be 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Monday, January 6, 2025, at Greg's home, 330 N. Chemical St., Hutchinson.
