Harry B Burton's Obituary
Harry B. Burton, 82, died Dec. 3, 2015, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. He was born July 15, 1933, in Matfield Green, Kan., to Glen and Jacquita (Russell) Burton.
He was a 1951 graduate of Chase County High School. Harry was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. After 40 years of service, Harry retired from Dillons Bakery in 1995.
On Oct. 6, 1951, Harry married Rosetta Jane Nienstedt in Yates Center. She survives. Other survivors include: sons, Gerald Burton and wife Tammi of Hutchinson, Glen Burton and wife Connie of Sterling, Galen Burton and wife Jennifer of Hutchinson; grandchildren, Colt Word and wife Laura of Hutchinson, Casey Word and wife Megan of South Hutchinson, Jerry Roloff of Hutchinson; four great-grandchildren; sister, Eula Barrett and husband Glendon of Cottonwood Falls; brother, Waren Burton of Newton; and beloved dog, Bandit. He was preceded in death by: his parents and brothers, Roy and George Burton.
Cremation has taken place. No services will be held at this time.
