Henry H. Christman's Obituary
Henry H. Cristman, 83, died Aug. 12, 2006 at Hutchinson Hospital.
He was born July 30, 1923, in Jackson, Ohio, the son of Frank H. and Stella Christman. A resident of Hutchinson since 1954, he retired from Cessna/Eaton Hydraulics after 28, years.
He belonged to the American Legion Lysle Rishel Post No. 68. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
On August 26, 1946, he married W. Darlene Hisey. She died May 5, 1089.
Survivors include: two sons, Phil, South Hutchinson and Doug, Hutchinson; two daughters, Linda Fleming, Kingsland, Texas and Robin Hoover, Minneapolis; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, Hutchinson. Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairlawn Burial Park, with military graveside rites conducted by the Fort Riley Honor Guard.
Memorials may be sent to the Reno County Cancer Council, in care of the funeral home.
