Isabelle Mae Gray, 87, of Hutchinson, died September 30, 2019, at Good Samaritan Society, Hutchinson. She was born February 21, 1932, to Wayne and Mattie (Stewart) Kinnison.

Isabelle attended Hutchinson High School. On January 7, 1952, she married John L. Gray, in Hutchinson. They shared 53 years of marriage before his death on November 17, 2005.  Isabelle worked for many years as a caregiver in nursing and mental health settings, including Haven House.

She is survived by her son, Leslie 'Les' Gray and wife Liz, Las Vegas; daughter, Debbie Smith and husband Mark, Pretty Prairie; brother, Lott Metzler and wife Evelyn; brother,  Nelson 'Bob' Metzler Jr. and wife Theda, both of Hutchinson; granddaughter, Angela Lawless, Hutchinson; granddaughter, Andrea Syth, Pretty Prairie; grandson; Mark Sommers and wife Shelley, Lincoln, California; grandson, Scott Sommers and wife Kathy, Gardner; and great grandchildren, Kaiden, Braden, and Chase Smyth, Lillian and Shawn Lawless, Leslie, Marisa, and Breanna, Keanu, and Sophia Sommers.

Isabelle was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Gray; and sister, Phyllis Thompson.

Cremation has taken place.

There will be no services, private family service will take place at a later time.
