James "Jim" Edward Trezise Sr., 66, died Sept. 28, 2015, at Hospice House, Hutchinson. He was born July 30, 1949, in Fort Collins, Colo., to Willard and Helen (Miller) Trezise.
Jim graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1967, served in the National Guard, was a maintenance supervisor at Hospira, owned Timber Crossing Laundromat and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
Survivors include: children, James Trezise Jr. of Raymore, Mo., Amy Remar (Jim), Steven Trezise (JoAnna), and Rayne Templeton, all of Hutchinson, and Haley Gandy (Robert) of Lawrence; sisters, Patricia Ann Schneider (Galen) of Herington, Barbara Sue Little (Bill) of Lawrence, Deanna Ruth Lemen (Don) of Wichita, Peggy Ellen Perry (Mark) of Hutchinson; brother, Thomas Lee Trezise (Vicki) of Hutchinson; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation has taken place. Parish rosary will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015, with Memorial Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 612 S. Maple, South Hutchinson, with Father Ned J. Blick presiding.
Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
