James Albert 'Jim' Ragsdale Sr., 85, of Hutchinson, died October 26, 2020, at his  home. He was born September 30, 1935, in Kansas City, MO, to James and Ruby (Gillette) Ragsdale.

Jim graduated from Mehlville High in Lemay, MO in 1954. Following high school he joined the United States Army and served until 1958. Jim worked for 19 years at Associated Grocers as a truck driver and 17 years at Wheeled Coach in assembly and inspection. He was a member of the Central Kansas Gun Club.

Jim is survived by: sons, James Ragsdale Jr., Dwain Ragsdale, Antonio Ragsdale, all of Hutchinson, Robert 'Bob' Falcone, Cedar Hill, MO; daughters, Denise Loy, Hutchinson, Lisa Gann-Ragsdale, Hillsboro, MO; brothers, Bob Ragsdale, Wichita, Don Ragsdale, Hutchinson; sister, Sue Ragsdale, Sylvia; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by: his parents and wife, Gerry Lou King.

Per Jim's request there will be no services.
