James F. Tippie, 78, died February 17, 2022, at Hutchinson Health and Rehab. James was born July 13, 1943, to Dennis F. and Helen Ruth (King) Tippie, Sr.

James graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1962. He was a retired postal carrier for the United States Postal Service and served in the Air National Guard.

James is survived by: brothers, Dennis Tippie, Jr., Doyle Keffer; nieces, Paige Hale, Molly Keffer; nephews, Mike and Patrick Tippie, and Steve and Marty Murray.

James is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Lucetta "Jayne" Yates.

Cremation has taken place. There are no services planned.
