James Alvin Todd, 41, died Dec. 16, 2005, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita.

He was born July 24, 1964, in Cadillac, Mich., the son of Charles A. and Harriett Plaunt Todd. A resident of Hutchinson for 10 years, he was employed as a flooring installer at Liberty Homes Inc.

On Oct. 20, 2000, he married Tammy L. Fairchild, in Hutchinson. She survives.

Other survivors include: a son, Kristopher, Richmond, Mo.; two daughters, Jessica Todd and Ashley Todd, both of Richmond, Mo.; three stepdaughters, Rhonda Holm, South Hutchinson, Kaleena Holm and Helen Holm, both of the home; three brothers; four sisters; and a grandson.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson, with Pastor Mike Jobe presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
