Janet Clair Ryan, 94, of Hutchinson, died April 7, 2020, at Hospice House, Hutchinson.  She was born March 13, 1926, in Hutchinson, to Matthew Patrick and Mary Elizabeth (Maloney) Ryan.

Janet worked as a housekeeper and was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church, Hutchinson.

She is survived by:  her brother, Bob (Marta) Ryan of Oklahoma City, OK; nephew, Gary (Linda) Banz of Hutchinson; and several other nieces and nephews.

Janet was preceded in death by:  her parents; sisters, Patricia Ryan, Joan Metzler, and Mary Margaret Banz; and brother, George Ryan.

A private Parish Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Teresa Catholic Church, Hutchinson, with Father Michael J. Maybrier officiating.  A private burial will follow at Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson.  Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2020, and from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, April 12, 2020, at Elliott Mortuary.
