Jax Lee Smith, of Hutchinson, died January 5, 2020, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita. He was born December 21, 2019, in Wichita, to John Andresen and Nicole Smith.

Jax is survived by: his parents, both of Hutchinson; grandparents, Mary and Allen Andresen, Haven; grandparents, Melinda Smith and Chris Gingrich, Hutchinson; great-grandmother, Mary Smith, Wichita; aunt, Brittney Smith, South Hutchinson; aunt, Alexis Smith, Hutchinson; aunt,  Elexi Holmes, Mount Hope; uncles, Aiden Gingrich, Trey Hutson, and Joshua Ensley, all of Hutchinson; and uncle, Gerrad Ensley, Wichita.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, January 11, 2020, at Haven Baptist Church, 502 E. 4th St., Haven, KS, with Pastor Chris Powell officiating.

Elliott Mortuary and Crematory, 1219 N. Main, is in charge of arrangements.
