Jeffrey L. Bechtold, 38, died July 31, 2010, in Hutchinson. He was born July 10, 1972, in Hutchinson, to Dennis L. Bechtold and Cynthia D. Lemen Shears. He was a lifetime Hutchinson resident. He was a graduate of Buhler High School. He was a carpenter for A & A Builders.

Survivors include: daughters, Alecia and Alexandria Bechtold, Largo, Fla., and Tristyn Bechtold, Hutchinson; his father, Dennis L. Bechtold, Hutchinson, and his mother and step-father, Cindy and Tom Shears, Colleyville, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with The Reverend Larry Steadman officiating. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday at Elliott's Mortuary, Hutchinson. A private family graveside will be held at Fairlawn Cemetery, Hutchinson. Memorials may be sent to the Jeff Bechtold Memorial Fund in care of the mortuary.
