Jennie M. West, 89, died Feb. 10, 2015, at Elm Grove Estates, Hutchinson. She was born Dec. 28, 1925, in Hutchinson, the daughter of Frank M. and Pearl M. (Duncan) Raner.

Jennie graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1943. She married Craymon H. West on March 24, 1948, in Hutchinson. Craymon passed away on Oct. 17, 1977.

She was retired from Wesley Towers as the department director of food services. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.

Her survivors include: sons, James D. West and his wife Susan of Winfield, Lloyd, Nolan and Mike West, all of Hutchinson; daughter, Lora Pisar of Hutchinson; 16 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Craymon; her daughter, Glenda West; son, Ronnie West; sister, Helen Fowler; brothers, Herbert and Howard Raner; and an infant grandson, Jimmie Ray West.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015, Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with Pastor Chad Trunkhill officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairlawn Cemetery, Hutchinson. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday with the family to receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
