Jerry R. Frank, 75, died Sept. 30, 2015, at Hospice House, Hutchinson.
A burial of the cremains will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, in Wildmead Cemetery, Nickerson, with George Hinton presiding.
Memorials may be made to Hospice House, Hutchinson, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
