Jessica Cecille 'Jess' McAllister, 38, of Hutchinson, died July 5, 2019. She was born November 6, 1980, to Kevin L. and Katherine Delores (Coonce) McAllister.

She was a 1999 graduate of Nickerson High School, 2001 graduate of Hutchinson Community College, and a graduate of Phoenix University with her Bachelor of Science and Master's Degree in nursing. Jess was a registered nurse at the Hutchinson Clinic and loved her profession (caring for others).

Jess was loved by many and never knew a stranger. She was a wonderful mother, daughter and sister.

Surviving are: daughter, Katie McAllister; parents, Kevin and Kathy McAllister, all of Hutchinson; brothers, Jason and wife Reyna of Hutchinson, Shane and wife Sammie of McPherson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by grandparents, David and Geraldine Coonce, Paul McAllister and Florence McMurdo.

There will be a come and go gathering at Rice Park Building, 44 Swarens, Thursday, July 11, 2019, from 2 to 5 p.m.  Friends may sign her book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary and Crematory, Hutchinson.
