Jo Ann Ashby's Obituary
Jo Ann Ashby, 80, of Hutchinson, died Oct. 28, 2011, at Hospice House. She was born Dec. 15, 1930, at Los Angeles, Calif., the daughter of Joe and Mary Redford Turnbow.
She moved to Hutchinson from California 10 years ago. She married Samuel N. Ashby on Dec. 2, 1950, in Las Vegas, Nev. He survives with son, Sam S. Ashby (Cindy) of Hutchinson; a grandson, Sam Jeremy Ashby (Stephanie) of Walton; three great-grandchildren, Heaven Celeste, Trey Anthony and Samuel Calder Ashby. Cremation has taken place; no services are planned. Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson, is in charge of arrangements.
