Joy 'Jodi' Cooprider, 62, died September 3, 2023, at her home.  She was born October 30, 1960, in Hutchinson, KS, to Leslie Rowden and Lula (House) Rowden.

Jodi was a 1978 graduate of Buhler High School, Buhler, KS.  She enjoyed listening to music at all hours of the day.  Jodi's greatest joy in life was being around her children and grandchildren.

In May 2004, she married Coyne W. Cooprider in Hutchinson, KS.

Jodi is survived by: her husband, Coyne Cooprider of Haven, KS; daughters, Mahala Sage of Hutchinson, KS, and Michelle Sage of Nickerson, KS; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and sister, Cindy (Chuck) George.

She was preceded in death by:  her parents; great-grandson, Watson Mendoza; and sisters, Vickie Patterson and Sharon Rowden.

Celebration of Life gathering will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at the Rice Park Community Building, 44 Swarens, Hutchinson, KS.  Cremation has taken place.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, in care of Elliott Mortuary and Crematory, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
