Joy Arlene Rains, 62, died March 10, 2024, at her home in Hutchinson. She was born March 4, 1962, in Quinlan, TX, to John Arthur and Ruby Rains.

Joy graduated from Quinlan High School. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, sewing, shopping and hanging out with her grandchildren.

Joy is survived by: her husband, Raymond Swint of Hutchinson; daughters, Stormy (Wayne) Schweikhard of Hutchinson, Skye Swint of Arizona; and 14 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Cremation has taken place. No funeral services are planned.
