Juanita Kay Lewis' Obituary
Juanita Kay Lewis, 69, died Feb. 11, 2014, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was born June 20, 1944, to Joseph C. and Viola M. Swilley Jamison in Hutchinson, Kan.
She is survived by: sons, Shawn Belt and wife Aubrey of Wichita, Kan., Paul and Donald Jaynes of Washington, Joseph Jamison of Hutchinson; daughter, Sheila Richert of Washington; and a sister, Patricia Jones of Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Eugene Lewis.
Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Juanita K. Lewis Memorial Fund, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
