Judy Ann Brazil's Obituary
Judy Ann Brazil, 67, died Oct. 15, 2008, at the Good Samaritan Center, Hutchinson. She was born Nov. 1, 1940, the daughter of Sherman and Yvonne Redgate Watkins.
She moved back to Hutchinson one year ago, after living in Rio Vista, Calif. for many years. She attended Hutchinson schools.
She was a caregiver and a member of the Catholic Faith.
On July 20, 1959, she married Manuel Brazil in Salina. He died on June 21, 2001. Survivors include: two sons, Bill Dipman and his wife JoAnna, Ozark Mo., Manuel Jr. and Myrna Brazil, Lodi, Calif.; four daughters, Kim Starlin, and her husband Dave, Hutchinson, Angela Cook, and her husband Bryan, Yuba City, Calif., Josena Brazil and Terri Brazil, both from Rio Vista, Calif.; two brothers, Ed Watkins, Pretty Prairie, and Robert Watkins, Hutchinson; and sister Mary Jo Benson, Hutchinson; 16 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Gladys Hendershot, Ruth McHaley, Shirley Chambers and Gwen Dick, and a brother, Mike Watkins.
Memorial service 3 p.m. Friday Oct. 17, 2008, at the Good Samaritan Center, with Chaplain Robert L. Albin presiding.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Good Samaritan Center. Elliott Mortuary in change of arrangements.
