Julie Marie Wilson, 45, died Dec. 23, 2011, at Promise Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson.

She was born Oct. 23, 1966, in Waterloo, Iowa, to Ron and Wilma (Schmidt) Frost.

Julie graduated from Don Bosco High School in 1985 and from The University of Northern Iowa in 1989 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She was a second-grade teacher at Buhler Grade School from 1990-2011. Julie was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Hutchinson.

On June 9, 1990, she married Brian R. Wilson in Raymond, Iowa.

Survivors include: her husband, Brian and daughter, Kayci Wilson of the home; mother, Wilma Frost, Gilbertville, Iowa; four sisters, Lori Frost, North Liberty, Iowa, Kim Fischels, Elk Run, Iowa, Deb Schultz, Waterloo, Iowa and Michelle Stroh, Gilbertville, Iowa and a brother, Greg Frost, Dysart, Iowa.

Julie was preceded in death by her father, Ron Frost and a brother, Mark Frost.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 30, 2011, at Trinity United Methodist Church, with Reverend Pat Ault-Duell officiating. Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. Thursday, with the family to receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary.
