June Marie Leffel, 75, died April 10, 2014, in Hutchinson. She was born Aug. 16, 1938, in Grant, Neb., to Eugene and Geraldine (Nichols) Christenson.

Survivors include: children, Kevin Wright (Jodi), David Crossman, and Gail DeBerry (Stephen), all of Hutchinson; two sisters, Shirley Christenson of South Hutchinson and Charlotte Snover of Ottawa; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. June was preceded in death by: daughter, Cathy Payne; grandson, Mark Long Jr.; five brothers and six sisters.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday, April 18, 2014, at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with Pastor Josh Holmes officiating. Burial will be at Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
