Karren Kay Winters-Totten, 79, died March 31, 2020, at Diversicare of Haysville. She was born March 10, 1941, in Moran, the daughter of Edward D. and Mildred H. (Thacker) Winters.

Karren graduated from Preston High School in 1959 and attended community college in North Platte, Nebraska.  She worked as a CNA in several area nursing homes. Karren's greatest joy in life came from being a mother and grandmother.

She is survived by: son, Mitch Totten (Cindy), Augusta; grandchildren, Adina and Landrie Totten; brothers, Joe Neil Winters (Carlene), Glenpool, OK, Kenneth Winters (Janet), Hutchinson, Don Winters (Donita), Mountain View, AR; numerous nieces and nephews.

Karren was preceded in death by: her parents; sister, Joy Jones; brothers, Alvin, Robert 'Bud', Gary, and Guy.

Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Monday, April 6, 2020, at Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday thru Sunday at Elliott Mortuary.
