Karsyn Grace Hensley, daughter of Dalton Hensley and Natalie Penner, of Burrton, was born April 21, 2026. She gained her angel wings April 24, 2026, at Children’s Mercy Adele Hall Campus in Kansas City, MO.

Despite her short time on earth, Karsyn felt the deep love of her family and they felt hers. She will always be remembered as the best little sister.

Karsyn will be forever missed by her: parents, Dalton Hensley and Natalie Penner; big sister, Kodi Shae Hensley; grandparents, Reid and Desiree Penner and Glen and Patty Hensley; aunts and uncles, Addy and Dakota Wolf, Erika Penner and Tyler Rogers, Jordan Hensley, Dylan Hensley and Isabelle Wegerer, Megan and Coy Hensley, and Cheryl Hensley; and many beloved cousins.

She was preceded in death by: great-great-grandfather, Harley Meier; great-grandfathers, David Meier and Eugene Freund; and uncle, Steven Freund.

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. May, 9, 2026, at Elliott Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Michael Player officiating and Karsyn will be laid to rest in Arlington Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. May 8, 2026, at Elliott Mortuary Chapel.
