Kathleen R. Peters, 83, of Hutchinson, died July 3, 2019, at Hospice House, Hutchinson. She was born to Raymond and Bertha (Studer) Starrett, in Preston. On March 11, 1956, she married Robert W. Peters in Natrona. They enjoyed over 45 years of marriage until his death on April 4, 2001.

Kathleen graduated from Pratt High School and attended Xray Technician training at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Hutchinson. Kathleen retired from the Medical Center, Hutchinson.

She is survived by: daughter, Cynthia (Wayne) Reazin, Hutchinson; son, Michael (Gwen) Peters, Springfield, MO; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Kathleen was preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Robert W. Peters; brother, Robert Starrett; and very special friend, Robert Hodgkinson.

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 8, 2019, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 407 E. 12th, Hutchinson, with Pastor Quentin Nuttman and Pastor Henry Blickhahn officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday at Elliott Mortuary.
