Kathleen J. Vaughn's Obituary
Kathleen J. Vaughn, 74, died Dec. 20, 2005, at Hutchinson Hospital.
She was born June 22, 1931, in Plevna, the daughter of Floyd and Otilla Nusser Wright. She was a resident of Hutchinson since 1997, moving from Coffeyville, where she had lived since 1952. She belonged to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.
In July 1952, she married Russell D. Vaughn.
Survivors include: a son, Kevin, Overland Park; a brother, Ray Wright, Holton; four sisters, Evelyn Davisson, Plevna, Norma Tucker, Hutchinson, Morene Hamilton, South Hutchinson, and Gloria Bartley, Haven; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Terri.
Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson, with the Rev. Thomas B. Mendenhall presiding. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Memorials may be sent to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, in care of the mortuary.
